1. Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with tags intact

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If your preferred size/product is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.
2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (images/video).

Once approved, you can choose:

Replacement

Store credit

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

All approved returns and exchanges are issued strictly as store credit.

Store credit:

Is non-transferable
-
Cannot be converted to cash

Can be used on any future purchase

4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged due to misuse
5. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.

If not, you may self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse shipping (on approval).

Minor color variations due to lighting/screen are not defects.
