Spoiled Bunny – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Clean rules. No confusion. 🐰


1. Exchange Policy

  • We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with tags intact

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If your preferred size/product is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.


2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received a damaged product

    • You received the wrong item

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (images/video).

  • Once approved, you can choose:

    • Replacement

    • Store credit


3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • All approved returns and exchanges are issued strictly as store credit.

  • Store credit:

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be converted to cash

    • Can be used on any future purchase


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to misuse


5. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.

  • If not, you may self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse shipping (on approval).


6. Important Notes

  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screen are not defects.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet policy conditions.
